Charles M. Jabbour
Charles Jabbour has an accounting degree from George Mason University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has over 30 years experience in auditing and accounting in real estate, investment banking, and software and computer technology companies. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture and bank financing, and has held financial officer positions in companies with worldwide operations.
Sima Jabbour
Sima Jabbour has a business and management degree from the University of Maryland. She has over 30 years of diverse work experience in international business and a comprehensive background in market research, project development, proposal preparation, and financial systems and has extensive experience in accounting for construction, restaurant, retail, and other small business operations.
Peter Stuchlak
Pete has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from East Carolina University and a Master of Science In accounting from George Mason University as well as being a Certified Public Accountant. His career has focused on the taxation and tax planning of small businesses and their owners. Additionally, he has comprehensive experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, and the foreign reporting requirements of US taxpayers living both state side and abroad.
